Shipping policy

When you check out from our online store you agree to the following policies:

Dr. Dale Wellness is NOT responsible to replace or refund any parcels that are lost by the post office under any circumstance. Please contact your shipping carrier to place a claim on any undelivered items.

If an order is routed by the postal service back to our office for any reason, untouched and unopened by the customer, the order will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and items will be re-stocked. The customer would be responsible to place a new order in this case.

Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse via USPS.
